
After graduating Princeton University with a degree in Public and International Affairs, Henry Ruehl started his investment career as an analyst at PRINCO, Princeton University’s endowment. While working on natural resources investments, he began to further research the critical metals and minerals sector and to invest his own money into the space. After strengthening his knowledge of the mining sector through a master’s focused on critical and strategic mining in Greenland at the University of Cambride’s Scott Polar Research Institute, he launched Sierra Morena in April 2023. Apart from Sierra Morena, Henry has served as a Technical Advisor at the Wilson Center’s Polar Institute in Washington, DC, where his work focused on critical minerals and the Arctic. He is completing his final year at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
